Roof Replacement and Re-Deck in South Ozone Park NY
In this situation, when we removed the existing layers of shingles (three in total), we found the wood underneath the Ozone Park home to be unfit for a new roof. After careful consideration, we determined it was in the best interest of the homeowner to replace the rotted wood with all new sheathing, which will prevent any mold or water damage down the road.
